If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are seeking a Cook for Collective Catering to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team player. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Schedule: Rotating consecutive morning and afternoon shifts (08:00–16:00 and 14:00–22:00) with corresponding breaks. Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement.
