Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Electromechanical Technician with expertise in mechanics, electronics, and industrial maintenance to join our shift-based maintenance team—resolving malfunctions and executing preventive maintenance programs. Implement improvements to equipment and processes **Electromechanical Technician** Are you passionate about mechanics, electronics, and industrial maintenance? We are looking for a candidate holding a Higher Vocational Training qualification (e.g., Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related field) to join the maintenance team on shift in the OR area. Industrial maintenance experience is required; pharmaceutical industry maintenance experience is preferred. Reporting to the Engineering FLL, you will join a high-performance team. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months. Your main responsibilities: * Troubleshoot malfunctions of various types during your shift. * Execute and support the preventive maintenance program for the area. ️ * Propose, design, and implement equipment and process improvements focused on quality, safety, cost reduction, and waste elimination. ️ * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and introduce Industry 4.0-based solutions where appropriate. * Collaborate closely with production teams—without organizational silos—to ensure operational continuity. Requirements: * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related field (mandatory). * Industrial maintenance experience. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, electronics, and automation. ️ * SAP proficiency; experience with the Maintenance module is preferred. ️ * Ability to learn quickly and proactivity. * English language proficiency is desirable.
