We are seeking a person capable of planning, coordinating, and supervising the provision of Home Help Services, ensuring comprehensive, personalized, and high-quality care for service users, optimizing available human and material resources, and guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and organizational quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the home care service area covering the towns of Moncalvillo. * Plan and assign services to home help auxiliary staff. * Manage daily incidents related to users, families, and staff. * Supervise implementation of individual care plans. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Prior experience coordinating Home Help Services or sociosanitary services. * Experience managing teams and using the GESAD system.
