As a **Project Manager**, you’ll be the key figure responsible for **coordinating, organizing, and advancing high-impact digital projects**. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams (CRO, design, analytics, development, product, etc.) and leading industry clients, ensuring flawless execution and clear, fluid, and honest communication. You’ll play a particularly relevant role in projects where user experience is critical—so it’s essential that you have a **solid foundation in UX projects**, and can understand dynamics, processes, and deliverables specific to user-centered design. #### **The candidate we’re looking for will carry out the following responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee end\-to\-end digital projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. * Align expectations, goals, and priorities with clients and internal stakeholders. * Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient and collaborative workflows. * Actively support UX-focused projects, understanding UX-specific processes, phases, and requirements. * Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and lead tactical and operational decision-making. * Prepare documentation, progress reports, and presentations. * Drive continuous improvement by proposing actions that optimize processes and delivery. * Maintain close, honest, and proactive relationships with each client. REQUIREMENTS #### **Who are we looking for? A person who matches these skills:** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager** in digital environments. * **Background or foundation in UX projects**: understanding of UX processes, methodologies, workflows, and deliverables related to design and research. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and autonomy. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Business, results, and customer experience orientation. * Strong interpersonal skills: communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, etc. #### **We value the following positively:** * Experience working with CRO, UX/UI, development, or digital analytics teams. * Experience in projects with a strong emphasis on research and user-centered design. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, etc. * Background in digital agencies, consulting firms, or technology-driven environments. * Experience managing international projects. * Interest in innovation, data, and user-centered methodologies. * Good level of **English**, required for participation in international projects. * Residency in **Madrid or Zaragoza** is a plus. #### **Why join us?
