




Job Summary: Responsible for the administrative management of logistics processes, coordinating warehouse, transportation, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics process coordination and customer/supplier support. 2. Management of delivery notes, orders, and administrative control. 3. Possibility of joining the team after the temporary contract. Person responsible for the administrative management of the company’s logistics processes, ensuring proper coordination among warehouse, carriers, suppliers, and customers. Ensures compliance with deadlines, order traceability, and optimization of logistics resources, guaranteeing an efficient flow of goods and documentation. Customer support (phone and email), supplier support, management of incoming and outgoing delivery notes (document management and stock management), order management, dock management, transportation coordination, and administrative control and support. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum two years’ experience in the logistics and transport sector from an administrative perspective. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * English (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Self-confidence, organizational ability, self-control, empathy, courtesy, punctuality. Knowledge of the logistics and transport sector from an administrative perspective. * Vehicle availability: private car * Driving license: B + E * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Part-time schedule (30 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary: 1187 * Additional relevant information: This job offer entails an initial temporary replacement contract due to medical leave, lasting approximately 3 months. There is a possibility of joining the team following the conclusion of the medical-leave replacement contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
