Job Summary: Order coordination, workshop tasks (new pieces, casting, repairs), and customer service/advisory support, seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and responsible individual with sensitivity in customer interactions. Workshop tasks: new pieces, casting, and repairs We offer an on-site position as Workshop and Sales Manager, with an indefinite-term contract and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, located in central Barcelona. Order preparation and coordination Coordination with suppliers, workshop, and internal team Workshop tasks: new pieces, casting, and repairs In-store customer service and advisory support Sales * Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in jewelry and workshop operations required. Applications without jewelry industry experience will not be considered. * Professional Specialization Qualification * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Mandatory: Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced); prior experience in jewelry and workshop operations. We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and responsible individual with coordination ability, sound judgment, attention to detail, sensitivity in customer interactions, and workshop experience. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2100' to '2200' * Additional relevant information: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00–14.30 and 17.00–20.30. Annual gross salary: 26.400 €.
