




We are seeking a professional for an Administrative Technician position at an administrative management firm. Main responsibilities will include tax and fiscal management, covering tax return preparation and filing procedures with government authorities. The role will also involve accounting and financial management, including recording financial transactions. Additionally, the position entails handling labor-related matters, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as payroll processing. Customer service will be a fundamental part of daily duties. Candidates must hold an Advanced Vocational Training Diploma (FP Grado Superior) in Accounting and Finance, or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration, or Law. A minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience is required (internships excluded). This is a temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract; working hours are 20 hours per week (extendable to full-time), Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. Salary will be determined according to the collective agreement for administrative management firms.
