Management of demand and incident resolution At VINCLE – Association for Research and Social Action, we are seeking a Technical Referent for the housing verification service. Tasks and responsibilities: Technical coordination and supervision of the service to ensure achievement of objectives set by the Social Rights Area and the Immigration Directorate. \- Supervision of the verification team and validation of reports. \- Management of demand and incident resolution. \- Preparation of annual reports, balances, and infographics. * Experience: 2 years.
