Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive machine operator to ensure product quality, carry out format changes on machinery, and manage feeding of the production line during rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and machinery management. 2. Proactivity in the production environment. 3. Management of raw materials and semi-finished products. We are looking for a person to work as a machine operator in Mataró. The main tasks include ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and handling necessary format changes on machinery. In addition, it is essential to feed the production line, managing both raw materials and semi-finished products, along with other daily duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week. The schedule is organized from Monday to Sunday via rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights, always respecting rest periods mandated by current regulations. The ability to maintain work pace and guarantee continuous, proper production operation is highly valued. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * We seek a proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Relevant studies.
