We specialize in providing companies with strategic and tactical insights into the global technological landscape surrounding sustainability—enabling organizations to step back and develop a digitalization strategy centered on their sustainability data and management, while ensuring security, regulatory compliance, accurate monitoring, and operational efficiency. **Our approach is built upon the following key pillars:** **ESG Technology Conceptualization:** We help our clients reflect on the scope, characteristics, and aspirational goals related to their ESG technology ecosystem. **ESG Technology Benchmarking:** We support enterprises in selecting, based on data, requirements, objective and weighted criteria, the most suitable technology to meet their current and future needs. **Digitalization of Sustainability Reporting:** We deliver technological solutions enabling companies to automate end-to-end non-financial reporting—from data collection through report generation. **ESG Technology Ecosystem Architecture and Integration:** We integrate reporting, climate, nature, traceability, and value chain tools with existing corporate systems (ERP, EPM, data lakes, etc.), ensuring end-to-end data consistency. **ESG Data Models and Information Governance:** We define data models, taxonomies, and governance structures to ensure quality, traceability, and control of non-financial information. **Value Chain Digitalization for ESG Traceability:** We enable technological solutions to measure impact, conduct digital due\-diligence, manage third-party data, and ensure traceability (EUDR, CBAM, DPP). What Is the Challenge? ESG Tech collaborates closely with our clients to ensure the digitalization of their ESG challenges using best-in-class market technologies. With an innovation- and data-integration-driven approach, we help organizations transform their ESG technology landscape—securing their market position and preparing them to face future challenges. You will serve as the direct client liaison, leading project management and responding to real-time demands. You will contribute to designing technological solutions, as well as planning and scoping risk-management projects for our clients. You will manage budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and costs. You will be responsible for leading and monitoring work teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and customized career-path planning. How Do We Envision You? You have over six years of experience in ESG-related technology projects, preferably within consulting environments, and familiarity with technologies such as Workiva, Watershed, SAP ESG, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, CredibleESG, or Microsoft Sustainability Navigator. Problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to propose alternatives. Proven capability in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients and teams.
