We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Systems Technician to support our central offices and various chain hotels, ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and setup of equipment and workstations in offices and hotels. * Technical support to employees (Level 1 and Level 2), both on-site and remotely. * Basic administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). * User support in Windows 10/11 environments. * Resolution of network incidents and basic cabling tasks. * Hardware maintenance (POS terminals, ticket printers, and computer equipment). * Account management and backups in Microsoft environments. **Requirements:** --------------- * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in IT (SMR, ASIR or equivalent). * Knowledge of Windows Server system administration. * Basic networking knowledge. * Experience providing technical support to users. * Availability to travel between the various chain hotels. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing company. * Dynamic environment within the hotel sector. * Professional development in the technology area. * Continuous training.
