Service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork orientation. **What You Can Expect** **:** At Rhenus Overland Spain, we are looking for a Receptionist with English proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** -------------- * Reception and Customer Service * Manage in-person接待 of visitors, customers, and suppliers. * Answer and route telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries. * Coordinate meeting rooms, shared calendars, and logistical requirements. * Manage mail, parcels, correspondence, and delivery/receipt records. * Maintain the reception area in optimal order and presentation. * Administrative and Office Support * Manage office supplies and place orders as needed. * Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including billing, customer service, etc. * Billing Support * Collect, verify, and record data necessary for invoicing. * Assist in issuing invoices according to established procedures. * Track pending documents awaiting approval or dispatch. * Review delivery notes, purchase orders, and supporting documentation. * Assist in invoice reconciliation and resolution of basic discrepancies. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files and records related to the billing cycle. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- ### **1\. EDUCATION:** * Vocational training in administration, management, or a related field. * Additional training in accounting or billing, or in logistics, transportation, or international trade will be valued. ### **2\. EXPERIENCE:** * 1\-2 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles. * Prior experience in billing tasks or administrative support within finance departments (desirable). ### **3\. DIGITAL TOOLS:** * Advanced proficiency in office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word). * Familiarity with administrative management systems or ERP platforms. * Basic knowledge of billing processes and associated documentation. ### **4\.
