Responsibility for safety and quality of operations **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen \- Sanitary Activities PPA (Barcelona) in Barcelona **Work Location** -------------------- * Barcelona Work will be carried out in the province of Barcelona, with possible travel throughout the region. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks together with the site supervisor, being responsible for the progress of the works and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout surveys. * Monitor machinery and personnel productivity, as well as complete and sign the required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations regarding safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Supervise material deliveries, resources provided by collaborators and subcontractors, and their respective human teams. * Be accountable for assigned machinery and auxiliary resources, resolving any incidents that occur. * Supervise execution of the works regarding quality, measurements, productivity control, and materials management. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the supporting documents for the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job offer. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (COU), or equivalent qualification (e.g., FP I, CFGM, FP II, CFGS), either officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B), currently in force. * Education and/or professional and/or academic experience related to forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2000 hours of training in forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. * Accredited training in population control actions for game species (minimum 12 hours). * Basic occupational risk prevention training in the forestry sector (minimum 50 hours) or in the construction sector (minimum 60 hours). * Valid firearms license. #### **Languages** * Catalan: Level B2 ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in monitoring and controlling game species in roles similar to those described in this vacancy (professional and/or academic). **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 04/05/2026, until 11/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
