You will be the engine behind the CEO’s daily operations, ensuring that his vision is translated into organized action. This is a high\-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, creative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Optimization:** Manage the CEO’s agenda with a focus on business priorities, ensuring his time is spent on high\-leverage activities. * **Communication Hub:** Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth internal communication across departments. * **Travel \& Global Logistics:** Coordinate complex international travel and appearances as we continue to open new stores and markets worldwide. * **Project Facilitation:** Assist in the preparation of board decks, brand presentations, and key strategic meetings. You’ll ensure the CEO is always briefed and prepared. * **Operational Agility:** Handle evolving priorities with ease—whether it’s a last\-minute business trip or a strategic shift in the week's goals. **Who you are:** * **Experienced but Flexible:** You have 3\+ years of experience supporting C\-level executives, ideally in a fast\-growing retail or creative industry. * **Culturally Aligned:** You have a passion for fashion, sneakers, and the "HOFF lifestyle."
