Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant to manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial statements, periodic closing, invoicing, collections, payments, taxes, and fixed asset control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the company's accounting 2. Preparation of financial reports for management 3. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations We are looking for a professional to perform accounting duties in Mataró. Main tasks will include detailed recording of journal entries covering revenues, expenses, amortizations, and provisions. The candidate will also be responsible for bank account reconciliations and overall bank account control. Responsibilities also include preparing balance sheets, income statements, and periodic financial closing. Invoicing, collections, and payments will be managed. Furthermore, applicable taxes—including VAT, Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and Corporate Tax—will be prepared and filed. Fixed asset control and amortization tracking are required, along with archiving and safeguarding all accounting documentation. Financial reports for management will be prepared, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations will be ensured. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift with flexible scheduling between 06:00 and 18:00\. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus. . * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Degree or Higher Vocational Training (GM/GS) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or related field.
