




Job Summary: We are seeking a Passenger Service Assistant to provide information and assistance to travelers, manage queues, and use digital tools in a dynamic environment. Key Points: 1. We have an opening for a **PASSENGER SERVICE ASSISTANT at BARCELONA AIRPORT.** **Responsibilities:** \-Provide information to passengers; demonstrate open communication with passengers. \-Fluency in Spanish (advanced) and English (intermediate/advanced). \-Proficiency in using digital tools (assisting passengers with form completion, passport validation via QR code reader). \-Move signage and tape to manage passenger queues. \-Ability to handle crowded situations and collaborate effectively within a team. **40 hours/week: 8 hours per day and 2 days off.** (We also offer 30h/week, 25h/week, and 20h/week schedules, depending on candidate availability.) Rotating schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 4:00 AM and 5:00 PM for the 40-hour schedule; alternative schedules apply for other weekly hour options. We will provide weekly rosters so you know your days off. Workplace: **BARCELONA EL PRAT AIRPORT** Experience in customer service and full schedule availability are highly valued.
