




Job Summary: Eurofirms is seeking a cook to prepare and present dishes, assist with ordering and proper storage of raw materials, prepare buffets, and manage costs and inventories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in menu and menu planning. 2. Cost, inventory, and purchasing management. 3. Control of product utilization and preservation. Eurofirms is looking for a cook for a restaurant in Costa Teguise. The selected candidate will independently prepare and present dishes using appropriate culinary techniques. Daily duties include assisting with orders and ensuring proper storage of raw materials, as well as preparing and assembling buffets. The candidate must also inspect the condition of kitchen equipment and report any issues. They will participate in menu and menu planning, and assist in managing costs, inventories, and purchases. Controlling product utilization and preservation will be a fundamental part of the role. This is a temporary contract position with full-time hours (40 hours per week). Work will be scheduled from Monday to Sunday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. * We seek a responsible, dynamic, and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Vocational Training / Higher Vocational Training / Secondary Education in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
