Perform qualified and responsible management, control, and follow-up of all tasks assigned by the management team. . Be responsible for service quality through customer satisfaction portal metrics and mystery guest evaluations. . Ensure proper use of IT tools and applications provided to the hotel. . Guarantee daily cleaning and maintenance operations for guest rooms and common areas. . Establish work schedules and shifts based on assigned workloads, occupancy levels, and hotel needs. . Be accountable for results and correct execution of cleaning, standardization, and room equipment processes. . Participate in ongoing risk assessments. . Assume responsibilities assigned in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual. **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:** University degree or higher education in hospitality or tourism. Professional certifications in housekeeping management will be valued. **LANGUAGES:** Local language and Advanced English.
