Would you like to become part of a leading international healthcare network? We are seeking to hire an Emergency Administrative Assistant 1 for Hospiten Lanzarote. If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Function 1: PATIENT CARE * Attend to patients during admission, check-in, and collection of diagnostic test results, ensuring protection of user data. * Inform and assist patients regarding center procedures, guiding them throughout their stay. * Handle and coordinate medical emergencies by referring cases to emergency medical personnel and informing them of the reason for the visit. Function 2: SERVICE OPERATIONS * Ensure verification of patient-provided data for billing and invoicing purposes. * Organize and schedule appointments with specialists either in person, by phone, or virtually (set, confirm, modify, or cancel appointments). * Organize ambulance transportation for patients. * Process and manage admissions for scheduled patients. * Manage patient admissions by requesting relevant documentation (ID, insurance card, etc.). Function 3: DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING * Assist in preparing statistical reports on medical record handling, waiting times, and billing, submitting them to management. * Process all charges generated by a medical service/procedure in the SAP computer system. **Requirements:** Essential: \- Strong command of English (language test required). Knowledge of other languages will be valued. \- Residence on the island of Lanzarote. \- Full availability (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). Desirable: \- Possession of qualifications in Tourism, Tourist Accommodations, Administration and Finance, Translation and Interpretation, or similar fields. No minimum experience required, but experience in Customer Service or similar roles will be considered. Teamwork skills, planning, organization, and customer orientation. **We offer:** Stable contract. Immediate incorporation.
