This role is about making things run smoothly today while setting us up to scale tomorrow. We need someone with a can\-do attitude, a strong problem\-solving mindset, and the drive to own processes end\-to\-end. If you’re results\-oriented, thrive in fast\-paced environments, and want to shape how a company operates across design, development, construction, property, and hospitality, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities*** Own and optimize the company's operational backbone by designing, technically implementing, and maintaining core workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, etc. * Contribute to people processes: talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, etc. * Contribute to business processes: design development, construction and property management, etc. * Lead full project management from initial planning to final execution. * Develop and implement comprehensive cost saving measures, including P\&L analysis. **Requirements*** \+2 years in operations, project management, ideally in fast\-growing startups * Experience running cross\-functional projects in fast\-moving environments * Strong problem\-solving, organizational, communication skills * Higher education degree, ideally in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field. * Fluent English **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience in architecture, construction fields * Fluency in Russian **We offer*** Remote first environment and collaboration. * Work on international luxury hospitality projects. * A truly global team (30\+ nationalities). * Growth opportunities within the Company as we scale. * The chance to help build a luxury hospitality brand aiming to become \#1 worldwide.
