Responsibilities: We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician with an electrical-refrigeration background in Lanzarote. * Commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification of various refrigeration and electrical installations. * Installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Comprehensive maintenance of electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing installations. * Execution of regulatory maintenance tasks. Requirements: * Vocational training qualification (FP) in Maintenance, Air Conditioning Systems, Electricity, or related fields, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and installation of air conditioning systems and equipment (chillers, boilers, VRV, autonomous units, etc.). * Certificate for handling fluorinated gases (all charges) and RITE certification. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between islands. * Training in occupational health and safety (PRL). * Proactive individual with strong professional competence and good teamwork and customer service skills.
