We are seeking personnel for tiling and flooring work in building construction and civil engineering projects, both private and public, in the Gijón area. Experience in industrial sectors—where finishes and precision are critical—is especially valued. Responsibilities include installation and repair of ceramic floor and wall coverings, as well as surface preparation to ensure adhesion and durability. Experience in concrete structure construction and repair is also required, including formwork handling, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, crack repair, and structural reinforcement. Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and strict adherence to technical drawings are essential. Another key area involves installing surface protection systems—such as anti-dust paints or fiberglass-reinforced systems—requiring knowledge of chemical products and safety regulations. Projects are itinerant, with availability for travel within the region. Fixed annual salary of 25\.000 euros gross, negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Intensive work schedule from Monday to Friday, with continuous working hours. Permanent contract from day one. Tools, personal protective equipment, and ongoing training are provided. Collaborative work environment. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions is required, preferably in the industrial sector. A valid driver’s license B and willingness to travel are mandatory due to the itinerant nature of the projects. Occupational risk prevention training is valued, though no specific academic qualifications are required. Experience as a construction assistant is also considered an asset.
