If you are passionate about customer service and want to grow within the hotel industry, we’d love to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and escort guests. * Attend to their needs, resolve inquiries, and provide information about dining services and hotel facilities. * Report any incidents for follow-up by the Shift Supervisor. * Set tables according to protocol (buffet, menu, or à la carte), ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the space. * Clear dishes after service, efficiently clearing tables while maintaining optimal working area conditions. * Restock sugar baskets, petit ménage items, salt and pepper shakers. * Clean and organize auxiliary areas (service stations, support carts, delivery zones). * Ensure the proper operation of the plating delivery robot and perform other logistical tasks. **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles within the hotel or restaurant sector will be valued. **What We Offer** * **Permanent** contract. * Join an established hotel chain. * Positive work environment and real opportunities for professional growth. * Ongoing training and career development.
