At **Hovima Costa Adeje**, a 4★ adults-only hotel, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and service-oriented **Hotel Animator** to join our animation team. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and lead the hotel's entertainment program, ensuring a fun and safe experience. * Actively promote activities through direct guest interaction, public address systems, posters, and information boards. * Encourage guest participation and proactively address inquiries in a friendly manner. * Represent the hotel professionally, adhering to standards of appearance, conduct, and protocol. * Keep work materials and areas organized, monitor inventory, and report any issues. * Follow safety regulations and be prepared to respond effectively in emergencies. * Suggest new ideas and activities to enhance the entertainment schedule based on guest profiles. * Assist with cross-departmental tasks and event setup. **Required Profile** **Education and Skills** * Degree or vocational training in Sociocultural and Tourism Animation, Physical Education, Performing Arts, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree, CFGM/CFGS, or Professional Certification). * Fluent in **Spanish** and **English**. **Experience** * Previous experience in tourism animation, gyms, hotels, or holiday resorts. * Experience coordinating recreational activities or working with groups is a plus. **Job Requirements** * High mobility within the hotel. * Ability to adapt to different environments and work rhythms. * Energetic, proactive, and creative profile with excellent social skills. * Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** * Join a professional team within an established hotel chain. * Positive, guest-focused work environment tailored to adult clients. * Opportunities for learning and career development in a dynamic tourism setting.
