Your ability to **coordinate, communicate, and execute** will be key to ensuring each project is carried out quickly, creatively, and timely. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Design, plan, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with annual goals, managing content calendars, launches, and promotions. * Adapt campaigns to different stages of the funnel: **acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty**. * Measure campaign performance using clear KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, engagement, etc.). * Launch, optimize, and analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, and CRM to identify opportunities. * Create monthly reports with results, insights, and next steps. * **Social Media:** plan, publish, and analyze content on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). * Email Marketing: segment databases, write newsletters, and automate communication sequences. * **Web and SEO:** update content, optimize positioning, and user experience (UX/UI). * Creativity and content. * Branding and communication. * Collaboration with other departments. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Strong education:** You hold an official higher or university degree; a master's degree is a plus.
