Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra, and the Dominican Republic, is seeking a SECOND IN CHARGE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for its Best Jacaranda Hotel located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out maintenance procedures, both corrective and preventive. * Ensure proper maintenance of work equipment and hotel facilities. * Guarantee the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities. **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:** * At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facility maintenance, plumbing, and electricity in similar positions. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Knowledge of swimming pool operations. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. * Education: Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing, and/or industrial refrigeration. * Computer skills: Proficient at user level. **DIFFERENTIATING COMPETENCIES:** * Problem-solving individual with the ability to think quickly and adapt. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Kindness. * Excellent customer service skills. * Local residence required.
