Counter Manager - ECI Tenerife - 40 hours

Are you able to deliver exceptional customer experiences, inspire your team members, and guide them towards outstanding sales? **What will be your responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------- Your main mission as Counter Manager will be to ensure that every customer receives an excellent experience aligned with Rituals' DNA and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing the store's operational plan and business projects, meeting KPI performance indicators, and considering team development. You will be a role model for your team, reporting to your Area Manager who will also act as your mentor and support your career development at Rituals. What will be your responsibilities? * Develop monthly plans (including optimal team scheduling) based on productivity goals. * Ensure excellent store management (cash control, staff absences, schedules, stock, prevention and safety, maintenance), manage store budgets (including expenses and productivity), and update performance data. * Manage inventory and daily operations, including stock and warehouse cleaning. * Promote employee well-being and engagement through regular individual sessions/follow-ups, building authentic connections with the store team. * Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for development. **Bring out the best in you** ----------------------- Your goal will be to execute the store’s operational plan and business objectives to maximize customer experience, team development, and KPI performance.
