Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the execution of architectural projects on site 2. Economic management and planning of construction projects 3. Coordination of safety and health at the construction site **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and on-site experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality while strictly adhering to established budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Control: Supervise on-site work to ensure strict compliance with technical project specifications and current regulations. * Economic Management: Cost control, work certifications, budget reviews, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors. * Planning: Monitor Gantt charts to ensure delivery milestones are met without deviations. * Safety and Health: Coordinate and supervise implementation of all occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Documentation: Prepare site meeting minutes, progress reports, and manage the Order Book. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in directing the material execution of new residential buildings with at least 8 residential units. * Experience in directing the material execution of new public, administrative, hospital/healthcare, or educational buildings. * Possession of certificates attesting to satisfactory project execution
