




**Job Description** Veolia Servicios Canarias is seeking to hire in Tenerife a Technical Industrial Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Chemical Engineer with technical training and experience in the supervision and coordination of mechanical and electrical installation works. Specialized in HVAC systems, fire protection and low voltage systems, with the ability to lead projects from execution phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines and quality standards. * Key competencies and skills: 1\. Technical knowledge in design, installation and operation of air conditioning systems (VRV, split, chillers, etc.), fire detection and suppression systems (sprinklers, fire hose reels, automatic detection), and low-voltage electrical networks. 2\. Works management: experience in planning, monitoring and controlling construction progress, coordinating subcontractors and resolving technical issues on site. 3\. Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation, as well as proficiency in CAD tools and project management software. 4\. Regulatory compliance: up-to-date knowledge of applicable current regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE, etc.) and experience in processing technical documentation with official agencies. 5\. Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, coordinate suppliers and maintain effective relationships with clients and technical management. 6\.
