Job Summary: Pizzaiolo/a for premium All-Inclusive resorts in France, responsible for autonomous management of the pizzeria, high-quality production, and live cooking demonstrations. Training and mentoring less experienced cooks Work Location: French Alps. **Company:** Groupe ClubMed SAS **Position:** Pizzaiolo/a (Chef de Partie \- pizza specialty) for premium All-Inclusive resorts in France. **Duration:** June 22, 2026 to October 25, 2026 (approximately 126 days). Immediate start. **Environment:** 5-star resorts with multiple restaurants and conceptual gastronomic offerings. Working in multicultural teams and high-traffic environments (600 to 1,000 covers per service). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Independently manage the pizzeria station: dough preparation, fermentation timing, stretching, and baking. * Ensure high-quality production at large volumes without compromising texture or baking quality. * Perform live cooking demonstrations for guests when required. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) at your station. * Train and mentor less experienced cooks/assistants. * Contribute to creating memorable gastronomic experiences. ### **Required Profile** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a pizzaiolo / Chef de Partie specializing in pizza. * Proficiency in dough handling and oven operation; experience managing high-volume service. * Creative, organized, quick-thinking, and possessing strong teamwork skills. * Minimum conversational English (B1 level) for working in international teams. * **MANDATORY:** Valid European Union passport or valid European identity document. **IMPORTANT:** A Spanish NIE (residence permit) is NOT acceptable. ### **Main Conditions** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD Saisonnier), full-time schedule. * Compensation: €1,400 net. * Accommodation provided at the resort; meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Access to resort facilities.
