**Objective**

We are a non-profit organization working to improve the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. We uphold equality of rights, duties, and opportunities for all individuals.
Currently, we need to fill 3 vacancies for Social Support Technicians at our First Reception Center, Las Raíces, in Tenerife.
Key responsibilities include:
* Camp management and organization support: admissions, transfers; supervision of camp operations and organization (accommodation, meal shifts, operational rules, use of various services, etc.).
* Monitoring coexistence, conflict management/resolution, and mediation
* Direct user assistance: initial reception at the camp, user identification, basic information and orientation, addressing basic needs, technical follow-up of users, referral to other services as required (psychological support, legal aid, social assistance)
* Community facilitation: design and planning of group leisure activities (recreational, sports, cultural, etc.)
* Administrative support related to the service: case file and documentation tracking, processing and managing financial aid, etc.
* Registration of users in ACCEM’s various applications: Acogida App, Egorrión, others.
* Collaboration in other complementary assistance or intervention tasks with users, as needed and according to the internal organization of the reception center.
* Other actions necessary for the delivery of the service.
Offered positions:
2 positions, Monday to Friday, 16:30–00:00 (substitution contract due to leave of absence)
1 position, Monday to Friday, 15:30–23:00 (substitution contract due to temporary incapacity)
Salary: €23,000 annually.
**Profile:**
Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Social Integration or equivalent
Prior experience in the field of social action
Knowledge of migration issues and international protection
Ability to work effectively in teams
Strong communication and active listening skills, as well as conflict resolution abilities; knowledge of mediation tools is valued
Organizational capacity
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other computer applications
Languages (advanced level in at least one of the following): English, French, Arabic.
