**1. Purpose of the service** Provision of a comprehensive service for **access control and family assistance** at the funeral home facilities, ensuring order, accompaniment, security, and comfort in each viewing room. **2. Scope of the service** Assigned staff will perform the following duties: * **Access control and visitor flow management** * Reception and orientation of family members and attendees. * Verification of assigned rooms and initial accompaniment. * Capacity management and maintenance of order in common areas. * **Room supervision** * Monitoring proper operation of the viewing room. * Basic replenishment of supplies (e.g., water, tissues), where applicable. * Immediate reporting of incidents to the funeral home manager. * **Climate control management** * Switching on/off and adjusting the **air conditioning**, according to family needs and environmental conditions. * Monitoring thermal comfort in each room. * **Door opening and closing** * Opening doors to entrances and rooms as per protocol. * Secure closure upon completion of service or as instructed by the funeral home. * **Family assistance and accompaniment** * Respectful, empathetic, and professional conduct. * Resolution of basic inquiries and coordination with funeral home staff. * Support during particularly sensitive moments Position type: Temporary, Disability Salary: €1,300.00–€1,500.00 per month Application questions: * Do you hold a driver’s license and have your own vehicle?
