We offer you the opportunity to develop your talent and directly contribute to projects that generate a positive impact on the planet and the community. * **Where will you work?** Puente Genil (Córdoba) * **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term intermittent contract * **What will your working hours be?** Part-time, 25 hours per week (5 hours daily, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday, with possible Sundays). * Schedule distribution: * Weekdays: rotating weeks. Preferably 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with some weeks scheduled from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. * Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. * **Start date:** September 12 (until November 7, 2025 \- possibility of extending one additional week). ### **What will be your functions and responsibilities?** * Conduct informative door-to-door visits to commercial establishments generating organic waste regarding the brown container implementation campaign in Puente Genil. Informational materials (letter and brochure) will be delivered at each establishment. * Interact with citizens at the campaign’s information point to provide information and answer questions about waste management and the operation of the new brown container. * Engage with citizens at waste drop-off points or other strategic locations within the municipality. * Deliver informational sessions for citizens and other groups on waste separation and proper organic waste management. * Record data from each visit/informational action performed and complete satisfaction surveys using digital devices to support waste collection logistics and monitor campaign reach. * Collect citizen feedback regarding the campaign and the implementation of the new organic waste separation system, and address their inquiries. * Relay information to the campaign coordination team and register updates on its progress. * Assist with the necessary logistics for campaign activities (setting up and dismantling stands, managing material stock, etc.). * Take photographs/videos documenting the work progress. * Report incidents. * Perform other tasks required by the position. ### **What are we looking for?** * Communicative, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, responsible, open-minded, solution-oriented individuals accustomed to teamwork. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Students or individuals holding vocational training qualifications or degrees/masters related to the environment: Environmental Sciences, Biology, Forestry, Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or similar fields. * Training in environmental education, preferably with experience in waste management. * Experience in environmental education and/or communication programs/activities. * In absence of the above, customer service and information experience will be valued. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * **Language:** Native-level Spanish * **Skills:** pleasant appearance, kindness, politeness, approachability, cordiality, and efficiency. * **ICT:** Ability to use computer applications for data collection, tablet usage, office software (e.g., Excel), etc. * **Residence:** preferably Puente Genil or surrounding areas. * **Mobility:** A class B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace will be valued. **A car is NOT required to perform the job itself.** Competencies and skills:* Communication skills * Planning and organization * Emotional intelligence and assertiveness * Initiative * Autonomy and responsibility * Digital proficiency ### **What does working at Anthesis mean?** It means becoming part of a certified **B Corp**™ company with over **40 years of experience in environmental awareness and education**, committed to sustainability and social responsibility. * **Pioneers in sustainability** – We don’t just talk about change; we lead it! * The opportunity to **participate in various campaigns** throughout the year (depending on your availability), building **professional connections** with fellow colleagues and Anthesis experts, while **enhancing your learning** and expanding your knowledge and perspective in the environmental sector. * A **collaborative, dynamic, and motivating** work team. * An environment that values **diversity** and promotes **inclusion** to **foster awareness, empathy, and respect both inside and outside the company.** **Specific initial training for each campaign**, ensuring you have all the necessary tools from day one.
