The **Regulatory Compliance** team is responsible for maintaining and expanding the technical and legal knowledge that supports the certification services of the division. Additionally, it provides extra services such as monthly newsletters, access to external databases with technical information, and conducting personalized research for clients. **Main Responsibilities:** **The key activities of the Regulatory Compliance Specialist include:** * Researching global radio certification requirements: legal and technical aspects. * Researching technical requirements applicable to new radio technologies. * Investigating technical and legal requirements applicable to providing mobile services in vehicles using SIM/eSIM (value\-added services). * Participating in forums and technology events. **Corporate Benefits and Additional Information:** * Summer and Christmas intensive workdays, as well as every Friday throughout the year. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible working hours. * Opportunity to participate in corporate benefits: private health insurance, meal vouchers, and the possibility of taking English classes. * Discounts at major brands: clothing, consumer goods, leisure, electronics, travel agencies, etc. * Continuous and specialized training provided by the organization. * Position located in Málaga. * Contract type: Permanent. * Remote work: Possibility of working remotely in a hybrid model after passing the probation period. **Required Qualifications and Competencies:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar qualifications, such as Industrial Engineering. * A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in research, analysis of technical regulations, and project management. * English level B2\. * Skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Valuable Experience:** * Technical research activities. * Reading and analyzing technical regulations. * Contact with clients, suppliers, and/or authorities. **Other Desirable Knowledge:** * Knowledge of a third language: Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, French, Russian, German, Korean. * Knowledge of radio equipment certification. * Familiarity with technologies such as 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, UWB, ITS, Bluetooth, GNSS, RFID, cybersecurity, among others. * Knowledge of vehicle certification and other certification processes is a plus.
