The position involves providing support and care to people in situations of dependency, helping them maintain their autonomy in their own homes. Responsibilities include personal care, assistance with daily activities such as hygiene and feeding, companionship and supervision, as well as collaboration in basic domestic tasks essential for their well-being. Responsibility, commitment, and a service-oriented attitude are highly valued. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for stabilization, full-time hours (38.5 hours per week) on rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, in a pleasant and supportive work environment. * Training related to Socio-Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistant, Home Care Assistant, or similar. * Prior experience in similar roles. * Availability to work in the Antequera area. * Personal vehicle is mandatory. * Empathetic, responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills.
