Currently, we are looking for a Team Leader for our **Planning** department who is motivated to coordinate teams, optimize processes, and ensure operations run at peak performance. You will be jointly responsible—with the Area Manager—for supervising adherence to departmental processes and procedures, guaranteeing deadlines, availability, and operational capacity. You will play a key role in overseeing and supporting daily production, ensuring planning efficiency and technical activity. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Provide continuous operational support to Planners and resolve their queries. * Ensure Planners follow established Highways, delivering ongoing coaching to improve performance. * Conduct monthly co\-sittings with each Planner to validate processes, identify individual needs, and improvement opportunities. * Supervise and optimize the technical schedule, improving routes and travel times. * Manage technician availability, ensuring sufficient capacity to cover scheduled activities. * Perform daily monitoring of technicians’ activities. * Act as backup for Planner and Manager during vacations or absences. * Prepare daily activity reports. * Analyze capacity requirements per zone and propose corrective actions (relocations, alternative plans, etc.). * Train new team members. * Hold monthly 1:1 meetings with each Planner. * Monitor and track key KPIs for the area (No Shows, Cancellations, No Capacity, Travel Time, Idle Time, SLA, Installation Capacity, among others). **What are we looking for in you?** * Prior experience in logistics planning departments (desirable). * Advanced level of English (desirable). * Experience in telephone customer service (desirable). * Strong geographical knowledge. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Excellent organizational skills, results orientation, and communication abilities. **What do we offer?** * Immediate integration into an expanding international company. * A solid project with real opportunities for professional development. * Modern, well-equipped offices with common areas designed for daily wellbeing, plus coffee and small snacks available. * Competitive remuneration package and social benefits. *Sector Alarm will prioritize hiring individuals with a certified disability degree equal to or greater than 33%.* Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
