With over 23 years of experience, our work has advanced citizen empowerment through ICT and social innovation, addressing social challenges from both human and technological perspectives. **WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?** Your mission will be to coordinate and manage programs and activities that promote digital inclusion, ensuring each project is successfully executed and creates real impact in people's lives. Your responsibilities will include: * Activity organization: Plan, coordinate, and complete projects, ensuring necessary resources are available and objectives are met, always with a human-centered approach. * Entity outreach: Identify and engage organizations to promote and inform them about the various projects we manage. * Goal-oriented work: Achieve weekly targets focused on completing activities. * Internal collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure all activities align with the organization's mission and reflect our values of inclusion and equity. * Project monitoring: Oversee the entire activity lifecycle, from planning to evaluation, continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to the needs of the people we serve. **WHAT AWAITS YOU AT CIBERVOLUNTARIOS?** * Contract: Permanent full-time contract, with a probation period according to regulations. * Working hours: 35 hours per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00\-18:30h with a 45-minute break / Monday to Friday from 8:00\-15:00h with a 15-minute break * Salary: 18,000 euros gross annually. Work modality: Remote * **Requirements:** --------------- **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU TO TAKE ON THIS CHALLENGE?** **Education**: Training in fields related to project management, social work, education, or similar areas. **Experience**: Proven experience in project management and coordination of educational activities, especially within social inclusion contexts. **Essential requirement:** Must reside in Tenerife **Competencies:** * Empathy and problem-solving: Ability to understand and address challenges arising in projects, always placing people at the center. * Initiative and autonomy: Ability to make decisions and lead projects independently, while maintaining a collaborative mindset. * Inclusive leadership: Skill in guiding teams with a vision that fosters inclusion and participation from all members. * Organization and planning: Ability to manage activities efficiently without losing sight of the human impact. * Interpersonal communication: Ability to build effective relationships based on empathy, active listening, and mutual respect. * Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate in a positive and respectful environment where every voice is heard. * Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes and unexpected situations, always with a positive attitude. * Digital culture: Understanding of digital culture and technological trends, with a focus on how these can be used for the common good.
