As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an **Antenna Systems Engineer** experienced in the design, modeling, and integration of advanced radiating systems, to join a strategic R&D project. **What will you do?** * Design and model advanced radiating systems, optimizing electromagnetic performance and their integration into functional platforms. * Perform 3D simulations and numerical analysis to validate antenna behavior in complex environments. * Evaluate factors such as mutual coupling, structural constraints, electromagnetic compatibility, and thermal requirements. * Coordinate with RF, mechanical, software, and validation teams, ensuring technical coherence throughout the system lifecycle. * Define requirements, design criteria, and integration strategies for antennas in multifunctional systems. * Lead functional validation and verification activities, including testing and result analysis. * Prepare and supervise technical documentation related to electromagnetic design, integration, and testing. * Participate in technical meetings with national and international partners, ensuring alignment in systems engineering. * Identify technical risks and propose robust solutions to mitigate them. * Provide systems engineering insight into decisions affecting overall project performance. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
