Description

The professional will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and operational efficiency of packaging machinery and manufacturing equipment within the industrial environment. Their primary duties will involve executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance protocols in accordance with guidelines established by the area supervisor, and thoroughly documenting all interventions performed. This documentation is essential for performance analysis and future maintenance planning, contributing to the optimization of production processes. In addition to maintenance tasks, they will be responsible for the complete assembly and disassembly of packaging lines, verifying the cleanliness status of components and ensuring their proper reinstallation. They will perform operational parameter adjustments and complete pre-startup check\-lists. In the event of any misalignment or unexpected production line stoppage, they will intervene immediately to diagnose and resolve the issue, subsequently reporting it to the supervisor for awareness and, if necessary, for implementation of additional corrective actions. The position requires continuous contribution of ideas to improve technical processes, always aiming to reduce costs and increase productivity under a continuous improvement approach. Finally, they will be responsible for maintaining the workshop in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness, as well as caring for tools and equipment under their responsibility, promoting a safe and organized work environment. The contract is permanent and direct with the company. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with a specific distribution: two weeks on night shift, one week on morning shift, and one week on afternoon shift. A minimum of five years’ experience in similar industrial maintenance roles—specifically with packaging machinery—is required. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field—with a mechanical specialization—is mandatory. Knowledge of pneumatics and basic PLC programming will be considered advantageous.
