**INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC MANAGER** MaryMantes Group · Figueruelas (Zaragoza) · On-site · Full-time We are MaryMantes Group, an international transport group headquartered in Figueruelas (Zaragoza), operating our own fleet across Europe. We are expanding our traffic team: this position already exists, is fully operational, and colleagues have been performing it for years. You won’t be inventing anything — you’ll manage your own portfolio of trucks, supported from day one by experienced colleagues. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Decide what each truck in your portfolio does: plan and assign trips. * Meet the conditions agreed upon with each client: loading/unloading schedules, service type, specific requirements for each operation. * Communicate daily with your drivers in Romanian to organize their weekly schedule. * Replan when things go wrong. If our monitoring team alerts you that a truck will not reach its loading point on time, you reassign that trip to another truck. That’s how simple — and how critical — it is. * Manage traffic operations across Europe in all directions. We have fixed traffic flows, but they rotate every few months: no one here handles the same route for five years. **REQUIREMENTS** * Spanish and Romanian — both are mandatory. Romanian is the language used by our fleet. * Minimum 6 months of traffic experience. We do not require five years because we train you comprehensively in all our operations, from start to finish. * Own vehicle or realistic ability to commute to Figueruelas every day. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Permanent contract from day one. * 40-hour workweek with flexible hours.
