You will work in a global environment, bringing autonomy and an innovative perspective to projects. * Interpret creative briefs to propose and develop creative audiovisual concepts aligned with the brand. * Manage projects autonomously, including planning, stakeholder communication, and final delivery. * Perform advanced post-production: video editing, motion graphics, color correction, audio processing, and export. * Adapt and version assets for different formats, markets, languages, and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. * Ensure proper project organization (open files) and drive innovation using AI tools. ### **Your Profile** * Expert proficiency in After Effects for video editing and motion graphics creation, and in Premiere Pro (\+3 years of experience) * A strong portfolio and demonstrable autonomy to take a briefing and develop an audiovisual project from start to finish. * English proficiency at C1 level or higher—essential for communication in a global environment. * Solid understanding of export formats (digital, TVC) and project organization (open files) * Desirable: knowledge of audio editing, Photoshop, InDesign, and AI tools. ### **Benefits** * Flexible working hours and remote work options. * Free company shuttle bus. * Subsidized meals. ### **More Information** Please visit bsh\-group.com/career.
