Lead Civil, Structure \& Architecture (CSA) Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a Lead CSA Supervisor eager to lead one of the most significant industrial projects in the region — a professional with strong technical insight, sound on-site judgment, and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise. Someone proficient in steel and precast structures who enjoys being on-site, making decisions, and setting the pace of execution. You will be the key figure ensuring that Civil, Structure, and Architecture works progress according to schedule, quality standards, and economic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Comprehensive site supervision — Monitoring foundations and steel/precast structures to ensure quality and technical compliance. * Technical inspections — Continuous review of drawings, specifications, and regulations to guarantee flawless execution. * Deviation management — Early identification of issues and proposal of viable, rapid solutions. * Team leadership — Coordination and supervision of 3–4 engineers, ensuring alignment, pace, and quality. * Coordination with Project Management — Active participation in meetings with the Senior Construction Manager and multidisciplinary teams. * Reporting and control — Documenting progress, preparing reports, and tracking key milestones. Requirements * University degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably on industrial or large-scale projects. * Strong technical expertise in interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction regulations. * Fluent English is essential for coordination with international teams.
