Industrial Extrusion Operator

Description

We are seeking an operator to work on extrusion processes within an industrial plant in Borja, Zaragoza. The main responsibility involves operating and monitoring extrusion machines that transform materials such as plastics or metals into continuous, specific shapes. Daily tasks include loading raw materials, adjusting parameters such as temperature and speed, and inspecting the final product to prevent defects. It also includes cleaning and performing basic equipment maintenance, always adhering to safety and hygiene regulations. This position is part of a production team, where coordination with other colleagues and supervisors is essential to achieving quality and quantity targets. The environment is dynamic, with possible line changes or schedule adjustments; therefore, attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions are required. Prior experience in factories or industrial environments is valued, as it helps better understand the processes and the dynamics of plant-based work. We seek a methodical individual who can work effectively in a team and remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines. Safety is paramount, so strict adherence to all established regulations is mandatory. This position offers practical experience in a specialized industrial process. At least one year of experience in the industrial sector is required. Specific experience in machinery operation or manufacturing processes is preferred. Fluency in Castilian Spanish is an essential requirement, both for communication with the team and for understanding safety instructions and operational procedures.
