Your mission will be to lead and ensure the industrial launch of new projects at the plant, guaranteeing achievement of quality, cost, timeline, and investment objectives—from the industrialization phase through Start of Production (SOP). Act as the plant’s industrial launch reference point, coordinating local and corporate multidisciplinary teams, and leading proper management of product and process changes in series-phase projects—ensuring industrial stability and customer supply. Main Responsibilities Industrial Launches \-Lead launch projects from the industrialization phase through SOP, ensuring achievement of planned objectives regarding quality, cost, timelines, and investment. \-Identify risks associated with launches and define preventive and corrective action plans. \-Coordinate and energize multidisciplinary teams Management of Changes in Series Projects \-Lead implementation of product and process changes in production projects. \-Manage and monitor changes from SOP through project completion, using defined corporate tools. Cross-Functional and International Coordination \-Coordinate key plant functions involved in launches: Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Safety, and Environment. \-Act as the primary liaison between the plant and the corporate team (SDT / Program Management). \-Manage relationships with machinery suppliers and component suppliers, as well as client communication when required. ### **Requirements** University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, or related field). \-Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in a multinational industrial environment, including: \-at least 2 years in industrial project launches, and prior experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and/or program management. \-Experience in the automotive sector or other highly demanding industrial environments. \-Solid knowledge of industrial project management. \-Proficient use of management and reporting tools: MS Office (Excel / Power BI, PowerPoint), project planning and tracking tools. \-Advanced English proficiency, with regular interaction with headquarters in Germany, suppliers, and international clients. ### **Offered** \-Permanent Contract \-Split work schedule: Monday to Thursday; Friday from 8:00 to 14:30\.
