This position focuses on the assembly and dismantling operations of formwork systems for concrete structures, a fundamental task in the industrial construction sector. Responsibilities include preparing metal components intended for concrete pouring, ensuring all parts comply with required technical and safety specifications. Handling specialized manual tools is an essential part of daily work, as well as controlling references and fabricating auxiliary metal components when necessary. Precision and attention to detail are crucial to guaranteeing the integrity and final quality of structures. The role operates in a dynamic work environment where collaboration with other construction teams is common to coordinate project phases. The professional is expected to maintain a high level of organization at the worksite, managing materials and tools efficiently. Adaptability to different types of projects and site conditions is valued, as is the ability to follow established procedures and technical drawings. Salary is determined according to the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:35, and on Fridays from 08:00 to 14:20, completing the weekly working schedule.
Previous demonstrable experience in handling manual tools within the construction sector is required, along with specific knowledge as a metalworker. A medium-level vocational training qualification (FP Grado Medio) in a related specialty and at least one year of practical experience in similar roles is mandatory.
