Your key responsibilities will include: * Procurement management of licenses, hardware, software, audiovisual equipment, peripherals, and IT products. * Preliminary analysis of purchasing needs by product category. * Daily interaction with suppliers: requesting and analyzing quotations, and monitoring pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and warranties. * Order tracking and delivery control. * Coordination with other departments to ensure proper supply aligned with sales performance. **What will make you successful in this role?** Success in this position requires academic background in Administration, Procurement, or related fields, along with strong office software skills—particularly Excel—and experience using ERP systems. A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or procurement environments is required; both junior and senior profiles are valued. We seek an organized, proactive, and autonomous individual who demonstrates initiative in managing daily tasks and possesses analytical capability when dealing with suppliers and handling various product categories.
