




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle visitor reception, call screening, document management, and mail administration in the office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visitor reception and assistance 2. Document management and archiving 3. Mail and correspondence administration We are looking for a candidate for an Administrative Assistant position in Zaragoza. Main duties will include greeting and receiving all visitors arriving at the premises. The candidate will also be responsible for answering and screening all incoming phone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for proper management and archiving of all documentation generated in the office. They will also handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, as well as other administrative tasks arising in daily operations. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday on a split shift, from 09:00 to 18:15, including legally mandated breaks. * One year of experience in a similar position. * We seek an active individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
