Team management and coordination of subcontractors. #### **About the Role: RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** LUZA Group is looking for a **RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** to join a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Planning and organizing the workflow and operational procedures on site. * Organizing workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage zones, loading/unloading areas, workshops, and site access points. * Monitoring and supervising construction execution. * Ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Interpreting drawings and setting out construction units. * Organizing and supervising work teams; assigning tasks to workers. * Coordinating activities among various subcontractors and trades. * Receiving and organizing materials, stockpiling areas, workshops, etc. * Calculating material quantities and measuring completed work. * Ensuring compliance with the occupational health and safety plan and applicable risk prevention regulations. * Managing materials, resources, and machinery on site. * Supervising and verifying work processes and outcomes. * Controlling quality of executed construction items. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in building construction projects. * University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. **What We Offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Thursday on a split shift, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Sectoral pension plan for the construction industry. * Flexible compensation (meals, transportation, childcare). * Benefits under the Madrid Construction Collective Agreement. * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and expertise.
