Description
The production operator will be responsible for performing essential tasks in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include assembling components using hand tools—a task requiring precision and attention to detail to ensure final product quality. Another core function is operating a forklift to move materials, components, and finished products within the facility, thereby optimizing internal logistics flow. Additionally, the position involves stapling and winding operations, which are critical during assembly and component preparation stages. Daily duties also include basic cleaning and maintenance of sheet metal and the work area, contributing to a safe and orderly environment. This role is vital within the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The person in this position will work in a dynamic industrial environment where coordination with other team members is essential to meet established production targets. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing workshop requirements are required. The role entails following established procedures and consistently complying with quality and safety standards.
Working hours are rotating, alternating between the morning shift (06:00–14:00) and the afternoon shift (14:00–22:00). Salary is determined in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective bargaining agreement. The position is based in an industrial work environment. Specific employment conditions and additional benefits will be governed by current legislation and the collective agreement.
A personal vehicle is required for mobility. A minimum of two years’ prior experience as a production operator in the industrial sector is mandatory. In addition, a valid forklift operator’s license and demonstrable experience in its safe and efficient operation are required. Minimum academic qualification is Primary Education. Practical knowledge of production line supply tasks is considered an advantage.
