**We're still growing at Nologin! We're looking for a Datacenter Technician in Zaragoza** Our facilities team is expanding, and we want to bring on board a technically skilled individual focused on **hardware and infrastructure**, eager to keep learning and developing within data center environments. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Hardware maintenance of cloud infrastructure hosted across various data centers in Zaragoza. * L1 incident handling for **servers, switching, and storage**. * Initial diagnosis and escalation to L2 for more complex incidents. * Ticket management and tracking via **Jira**, adhering to SLAs and established procedures. * Equipment installation and uninstallation, cabling, and component replacement: disks, memory modules, power supplies, cards, etc. * Administrative and logistical service management: material receipt, stock and spare parts control, RMA management, and equipment traceability. * Direct communication with the client’s technical and management teams. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training related to **systems, networks, IT, or telecommunications**. * Between **1 and 3 years of experience** in data centers or performing similar functions. * **English B2**, both spoken and written. * Knowledge of server hardware. * Basic knowledge of networks and switching: structured cabling, port identification, and physical connectivity troubleshooting. * An autonomous, organized, and procedure-oriented individual. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with technical teams and clients. * Valid driver's license and **personal vehicle** for travel between our office and data centers. **The position** You will work from our **Zaragoza office**, on-site, traveling to various data centers across the city as required by the service. **What will you find at Nologin?** A highly skilled team, cutting-edge projects, and an environment where you can continue learning and growing professionally.
